4. Entry to participate in this competition and prize is open to all residents of legal age in their home country.

6. The winner will be randomly selected from the entries and contacted directly hereafter by the Promoter and be announced on www.facebook.com/sennheisergaming.
7. The promoter shall endeavor to contact the winners via email within one week of the prize draw. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted after one week, an alternate winner will be drawn.
8. Prizes cannot be transferred. Non cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
