This is just for fun. I reserve all rights to change any rules at any time.  This is the second giveaway.  It's going to take a few tries to get it right.

I can ship to most places.  I make no guarantee that it will arrive, at all, in one piece, without taxes or tariffs.  I will make it as a gift on the customs form because that is what it is.  But you will be responsible for anything that comes up.

I also reserve the right to disqualify entries for being created solely for the purpose of entering contests.  I want these to go to someone who will use it.
